We are looking for a Country People & Culture Location Operational Services (LOS) Manager to play a key role in shaping and leading our People & Culture operational services. In this role, you will drive excellence in how we deliver P&C services, ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience that supports both our co-workers and the business. You will lead and coordinate all core P&C operational activities, setting high standards for performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This is a fulltime position based at our Service office in Haarlem.
Job Responsibility
Oversee and coordinate the delivery of People & Culture services in collaboration with our Shared Service Centre in Poland, ensuring effective coordination, clear accountability and compliance with agreed service standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to support the implementation of people and culture initiatives, programs, policies, and services
Lead functional leaders and specialists to deliver consistent excellence in all relevant daily activities
Provide support in the development of relevant people and culture policies, programs, and processes
Manage and oversee operational P&C service delivery within the country to ensure risk, compliance, and operational excellence
Lead local P&C Support within the country and provide input on P&C policies, processes, and programs
Participate in Service Delivery Forums to handle any changes to the Service Delivery Model, financial frames, and P&C Governance
Requirements
University degree and 6 years of related experience, or a minimum of 10 years of related experience
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, strong leadership skills
