About the Company: A globally backed organisation with a significant Asia-Pacific presence, this business is a leading provider of logistics solutions across New Zealand. Operating across multiple service lines and sites, the company partners with customers nationwide to deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions with a workforce of approximately 90 people across its New Zealand operation. The business is at an inflection point. The core operation is performing strongly, a major capital investment has recently been completed, and a clear strategic growth agenda is in motion. For the incoming leader, there is both a strong platform to build on and a genuine opportunity to shape what comes next. About the Opportunity: Reporting to an Executive Vice President based in Australia, this role carries full P&L accountability across the New Zealand business. It is a true general management appointment spanning operations, sales, customer relationships, health and safety, and people leadership with six direct reports and an experienced, capable team. The incoming leader will protect and build on what is working, oversee a site capacity and automation programme, and lead a strategic review of one of the business’s key service lines. This is a role for a proven business operator with the commercial acumen, leadership presence, and change management experience to take a high-performing business further and restore momentum where it is needed.
