In this position, you will serve as the Country Head responsible for leading the Hägglunds business (hydraulic drive systems) in the Japanese market. You will drive a comprehensive solutions business that integrates products, engineering, services, and digital offerings. In addition to the sales organization, your management scope will include after‑sales service, purchasing, logistics, and sales support teams.

Requirements:
Experience in business management within an industrial machinery manufacturer
Experience driving solution-based business activities (identifying customer issues and providing/implementing solutions)
Experience managing an organization with multiple functions (Sales, Service, Purchasing, Logistics, Administration)
Experience as a line manager, including talent development and organizational leadership
Hands-on experience with portfolio management
Experience managing P&L responsibilities
Japanese: Native-level proficiency (mandatory)
Business-level English (required for communication with the global headquarters
