Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary ambassador for the organization, building and maintaining influential relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and regulatory bodies
Lead, mentor and inspire the local management team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring bench strength for future growth
Define and execute the local market strategy in complete alignment with Group objectives, ensuring sustainable long-term growth and brand positioning
Drive aggressive revenue targets with a primary focus on expanding the payments portfolio and high-value value-added services
Continuously scan the competitive landscape to identify, evaluate, and capture emerging market opportunities and untapped niches
Oversee local operations to ensure maximum efficiency, accountability, and seamless service delivery across all departments
Take full responsibility for the local P&L, managing budgets, forecasting accurately, and optimizing cost structures to enhance profitability
Ensure all local activities strictly adhere to Group standards, as well as local legal, financial, and industry-specific regulatory requirements
Advocate for the local market's needs within the Group to influence product roadmaps and ensure solutions remain competitive and relevant
Work closely with Group leadership and other Country Managers to share best practices and leverage global resources for local success
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in managerial roles
Exceptional skill in leading and developing multi-functional management teams while navigating complex stakeholder relationships within a multinational corporate structure
Deep expertise in the payments ecosystem (acquiring, POS, digital solutions) with a track record of securing high-value deals and strategic partnerships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
A Master's degree will be considered a significant asset
Experience in payments, financial services, or related technology sectors
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Ability to operate with autonomy and accountability
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building or transforming businesses
Proven commercial capability - able to actively sell, position, and deliver value
Hands-on and execution-oriented
Comfortable operating without reliance on brand strength
Capable of working in an environment where value must be actively created and sold
Resilient and adaptable in a changing and demanding environment
