Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a compelling strategy to scale Uber Eats across Sweden, while aligning with global priorities while incorporating local market insights
Champion operational excellence, marketplace efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints
Managing P&L to drive sustainable growth and efficient allocation of resources
Lead the expansion into new cities and regions, unlocking opportunities to connect communities with the Uber platform
Lead a diverse, high-performing team, fostering an inclusive culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth
Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including enterprise partners, policymakers, and local communities
Represent Uber Eats in media engagements and public events, serving as the face of our brand in Sweden
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in strategic, operational, or leadership roles, with a demonstrated history of driving impactful outcomes
Experience managing large budgets and executing growth strategies in competitive markets
A strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision
Deep operational experience and ability to make data driven decisions
Strong track record of leading diverse teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Strong communicator with proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, particularly in dynamic and multicultural environments
