Minimum 10 years in a finance leadership role working in a large multinational organization with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field, a Master's degree in Finance or an MBA is preferred
Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
Deep understanding of commercial finance within the Latin American market, including regulatory environments, economic trends, and business practices across diverse countries in the region
Demonstrated understanding of Brazil and Peru accounting standards and tax compliance frameworks, with particular emphasis on Brazil's evolving multi-level tax system (IRPJ, CSLL, ICMS, ISS) and familiarity with the planned tax reform.
