A leader in vision AI solutions for the world’s leading retailers. Join Everseen's Go-To-Market team and put the customer at the center of everything you do. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this strategic leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, customer relationships, and operational excellence across the ANZ region. You’ll lead the regional go-to-market strategy, spearhead new business growth, and maximize value from our existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling. As Everseen's Go-To-Market leader in ANZ, you'll identify new market opportunities and ensure a strong customer-first culture. This role will give you the opportunity to work with cutting edge solutions and a company who is at the forefront of development in the Vision AI space.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop the strategy and lead, drive and oversee all go to market activities including customer delivery for the Australia and New Zealand region
  • Manage and lead the wider ANZ team to drive opportunities and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop a sales pipeline of new business with agreed targeted customers directly and through our partners such as NCR
  • Develop and run major campaigns and build relationships, with support from the wider Everseen team
  • Full ownership and accountability for relationships with existing customers, especially at the executive level
  • Review current processes and understand Everseen solution delivery
  • Further develop these excellent customer relationships with our existing ANZ customers
  • Set and manage the expectations with regard to B2B requirements and service level KPIs
  • Be the customer “on the ground” go to person for day-to-day requests, reporting, insights and issues
  • Ensure strategic value per customer is recognized
  • Position new Everseen products with these customers in order to maximise upsell and crossell opportunities
  • Collaborate with wider Operations team to ensure world class customer engagement and solution delivery for ANZ customers
  • Collaborate closely with customers’ business teams and Everseen’s delivery Team to ensure that project and system installation rollouts are professionally managed
  • Provide and maintain consistent updates for the ANZ region with the business and project teams, quarterly business reviews, ROI reviews and weekly touch bases
  • Work to secure Proof of Concepts with new customers to develop/demonstrate business value

Requirements:

  • 10 + years in a strategic sales management and go to market role supporting existing and new customers and monitoring delivery of solutions in the ANZ region
  • Knowledge of and interest in AI and its use in retail
  • Knowledge and experience of the retail and grocery market
  • A true passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience
  • Demonstrated success in leading a region and securing and managing enterprise level customers
  • Experience in leading a sales and/or delivery function in a complex matrix environment
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer culture, needs and requirements
  • Experience of forecasting and tracking key account metrics in a business development team
  • A drive to meet and exceed targets and goals
  • Experience of developing relationships, communicating and working with C level customers, including conducting meetings and presentations at a senior level
  • Consultative selling skills including strong listening skills, ability to identify customers’ main buying motivations and negotiation
  • Ability to understand, gather and compile detailed information on Customer organizations, key decision makers and influencers
  • Experience of customer success and complex project delivery
  • Performing duties and responsibilities to the best of your abilities in a diligent, trustworthy, businesslike, and efficient manner
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
