The Country IT Lead is responsible for the IT strategy and the management of IT operations within the country. He/she leads the local IT entity, ensuring alignment with the global strategy, service quality, security, and technological innovation.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement the local IT strategy in alignment with the global strategy
Oversee daily IT operations: infrastructure, applications, services
Ensure the security, compliance, and quality of IT systems
Manage IT budgets and optimize costs
Lead and develop the local IT team
Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure initiative alignment
Requirements:
Master's degree (Bac +5) in IT or a related field
5 to 10 years of experience in IT management, including managerial experience
Experience in an IT services company (ESN) or tech enterprise
Proven leadership, team management, and change management skills
Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, applications, services, and complex projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and multicultural collaboration skills
Proficiency in English and the local language (Dutch and/or French)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of technological trends (cloud, AI, big data…)
Experience in cybersecurity and compliance
Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives
