Lead and be responsible for securing optimal, end-to-end fulfilment plan (operational, tactical, strategical) for all goods flows and services, its execution, scenarios and consequences, delivering to the strategies and goals within the country
Lead the work in close collaboration with units, country and group functions, supply chain partners to improve performance through leadership, development, and ways of working
Enable excellence in operations through leading fulfilment planning activities on all horizons of planning by gathering, analysing insights and trends, identifying risks and proposing actions to prevent them and providing accurate fulfilment plans
Lead assessment of current and planned fulfilment network capacities (all fulfilment units and services) and in collaboration with key partners identify solutions to secure agreed goals on availability and customer experience at the lowest possible cost
Translate strategies, global and country directions, growth plan into all dimensions needed within CFF to contribute to decision making process of securing resources, budgets, in-/divestments
Actively contribute to the network design and optimization of all planning and execution levels, and to provide functional managers with recommended actions to address identified network capacity imbalances
Contribute to development and innovation both for the country and total IKEA in close collaboration with country key partners and INGKA Group functions and initiatives, and to implement global ways of working and digital solutions
Requirements:
Knowledge of supply chain and fulfilment planning, warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent level of customer fulfilment
Understanding the customers’ needs, demands, and expectations on the market
Excellent knowledge of relevant digital solutions, tools and processes associated with the fulfilment planning (Excel, PowerBi, AI Assistants, etc.)
Collaborative mindset: strong in building relationships across the organisations and having influence and personal impact by using communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of stakeholder management: knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process, or question to make things happen
Good financial competence: knowledge about how internal and external financials impact the business of IKEA and an understanding of how to communicate this financial impact to different target groups
applying financial knowledge to achieve organisational goals and objectives
End-to-end orientation: ability to apply analytical process-oriented thinking, including planning and maintaining work processes
Good ability to navigate and lead in a complex, dynamic, and continuously evolving business environment
