Country Food Range & Supply Leader

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Food Range & Supply team
• Monitor and identify market food range needs to develop a healthy, nutritious, and locally relevant assortment
• Drive range management and supply performance, ensuring the right products are available at the right time
• Contribute to the market business plan with insights and ideas
• Actively collaborate across functions (e.g., Procurement, Digital, Fulfilment, Sustainability) to secure integration and maximize business impact
• Support stores to ensure to have the right articles to sell at the right time
• Take overall responsibility for product launches and campaigns
• Work with forecasting and volumes
• Collaborate with IKEA of Sweden and suppliers
• Ensure product availability meets demand
• Plan for future initiatives
• Ensure ideas are practical and implementable through smart planning, system support, and continuous focus on improvements

• Solid experience working with food and supply in a hands-on way (e.g., retail, logistics, or product development)
• Understanding of how food gets from idea to shelf
• Experience leading or supporting teams
• Experience with planning, availability, and supply chain
• Experience in food or retail industry is a big plus
• Self-driven and solution-oriented
