Job Responsibility:

Support units by sharing knowledge and driving food commercial excellence
Monitor market and competitors to identify opportunities and secure competitive pricing
Plan and steer sales, supply, and financial targets in alignment with the business plan
Optimize food sales, margin, and profit, and support units with analysis and follow-up
Integrate food into commercial activities and calendars, ensuring performance excellence
Implement common frameworks, tools, and KPIs while adapting to local regulations
Lead improvements in food experience, innovation, and sustainability initiatives
Collaborate across functions to maximize impact and act as a role model of IKEA values

Requirements:

Broad knowledge of the IKEA concept, brand objectives, values, and vision
Broad knowledge of IKEA tools, processes, and cycles
Broad knowledge of Group strategies, priorities, and the business planning process
Good knowledge of the IKEA food business and IKEA retail operations
Good knowledge of change management methods and tools, as well as stakeholder management
Broad knowledge of the IKEA multichannel reality and online customer behaviors
Broad knowledge of operational plans, goals, and KPI follow-up
