You are the go-to market expert for driving local margin growth by leveraging our global partner ecosystem and connecting internal teams. Job Responsibility:
Lead the GTM strategy for Adyen in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH), by being at the center of driving partner engagement and business growth across all key verticals jointly with our other DACH leads
Serve as the strategic advisor for our Country Managers and market champion for our local and global partners, ensuring alignment between local market needs and Adyen’s global partnership strategy
Orchestrate cross-functional teams, leveraging Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and Account Management to maximize partner impact and new business generation
Develop and manage high-value and up to C-level relationships with strategic partners, system integrators, and market leaders to accelerate Adyen’s footprint in the DACH region
Shape and execute best-in-class partner enablement programs, ensuring partners fully realize joint value propositions and revenue opportunities
Represent Adyen at industry and partner events, promoting solutions and thought leadership while strengthening our ecosystem influence
Drive partner recommendations, referrals, and co-sell opportunities that directly translate into measurable business results
Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to design innovative campaigns and GTM activities, ensuring a strong ROI and market penetration
Act as a key ambassador for Adyen’s Partner Program, defining local strategy, highlighting benefits, and ensuring partners are fully engaged and rewarded
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial, partnership, or go-to-market roles, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact
A strategic and entrepreneurial thinker, capable of driving ambitious country-level goals while building high-value relationships across partners and internal teams
Deep knowledge of the DACH market, including key players, trends, and go-to-market dynamics, enabling you to identify opportunities and act decisively
Highly effective storyteller and presenter, able to influence, inspire, and align multiple stakeholders around a shared vision
Fluent in German and English with experience operating in international, multi-cultural teams
Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution, ensuring both short-term wins and long-term growth
Willing to travel domestically and internationally, proactively engaging with partners and key stakeholders outside standard working hours
