Job Responsibility

  • Lead the GTM strategy for Adyen in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH), by being at the center of driving partner engagement and business growth across all key verticals jointly with our other DACH leads
  • Serve as the strategic advisor for our Country Managers and market champion for our local and global partners, ensuring alignment between local market needs and Adyen’s global partnership strategy
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams, leveraging Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and Account Management to maximize partner impact and new business generation
  • Develop and manage high-value and up to C-level relationships with strategic partners, system integrators, and market leaders to accelerate Adyen’s footprint in the DACH region
  • Shape and execute best-in-class partner enablement programs, ensuring partners fully realize joint value propositions and revenue opportunities
  • Represent Adyen at industry and partner events, promoting solutions and thought leadership while strengthening our ecosystem influence
  • Drive partner recommendations, referrals, and co-sell opportunities that directly translate into measurable business results
  • Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to design innovative campaigns and GTM activities, ensuring a strong ROI and market penetration
