Country Director

• Define and execute the country’s strategic growth plan aligned with global corporate objectives
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the government, public sector, and telecommunication segments
• Oversee and support sales, marketing, and customer success functions to ensure revenue and customer growth
• Foster strategic partnerships with technology partners, system integrators, and channel resellers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the country
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, diverse local team across functions
• Cultivate and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Oversee strategic accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• MBA or equivalent preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in technology or cloud companies, including P&L ownership
• Proven track record in scaling business operations and delivering revenue growth
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and enterprise IT landscape
• Proven sales track record within the government and public sector
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced, global environment
• Experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ecosystem partners
