Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of the Country Digital Operations organization across South-East Europe
  • Ensure efficient skill-based assignment of Digital Operations Specialists to different customer meeting points, aligned with business priorities and operational needs
  • Support resource planning and workload distribution to help the team deliver services effectively across multiple locations
  • Monitor key operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to increased efficiency through process, capability, and tooling enhancements
  • Provide guidance and operational support to Digital Operations Specialists, helping them deliver and support digital products and services effectively
  • Organize and deliver training programs to strengthen specialist competence and ensure consistent service delivery standards across the region
  • Support the lifecycle management of local digital products, including implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities
  • Create, improve, and maintain Digital Operations processes that contribute to measurable business outcomes and operational excellence

Requirements

  • University degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or at least 7 years of relevant professional experience (if you don't have a university degree)
  • Technical (engineering) background with project management capabilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support and guide others
  • Experience in administrative, operational or coordination roles, preferably in digital or service environments
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate resources efficiently
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to follow up on KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Experience in training coordination or digital competence development is considered an advantage
  • ITIL Foundation certification or similar would be considered as a plus
