Job Description:

Country Co-worker Relations Manager position at IKEA focusing on people policies, labor relations, and employee wellbeing framework development

Job Responsibility:

Ensure the relevant global people policies and standards are fully supported by the Management Team, implemented across the country and lived up to
Establish and foster an ongoing open dialogue with co-workers, their associations and other organizations, contributing to successful negotiations with worker's council/labour unions
Lead the development of country people & culture policies and procedures in line with employment law compliance and secure implementation and follow up
Identify, evaluate and monitor actual and potential labour issues evolving internally or externally that could create significant risks for Ingka
Lead and develop the health & wellbeing framework in the country

Requirements:

University degree and 6 years of related experience, or minimum 10 years of related experience
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
