Conduct research and analysis of data, information, and intelligence to produce finished all-source intelligence products for senior U.S. defense department and government officials, U.S. Combatant Commands
Produce in-depth strategic and operational analysis of transnational terrorist networks and activities
Possess knowledge of capabilities and limitations of intelligence collection disciplines
Demonstrate knowledge and experience with applying SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data sets and databases to identify transnational terrorist networks and their key actors
Support DoD field collectors and determine the best methodology to prepare and produce integrated intelligence products including targeting products in direct support of special operations
Provide analytical support for special operations and conventional activities to include temporary duty support to partner nations
Provide support to national and DoD/CCMD level planning efforts to include contingency and crisis planning
Respond to customer requests for terrorism information with both oral and written products
Participate in meetings, conferences, and working groups and provide strategic and operational analysis of transnational terrorism issues in assigned focus area
Requirements
TS/SCI w/ Poly
High School/GED
5 years experience
8 years experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion within the last 2 years
Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Previous CT experience in a national level intelligence agency
understanding of the 200 Series of ODNI's ICDs: 203, 206, and 208
produce formal written strategic counterterrorism and all source intelligence assessments in accordance with ICD 203, DIA and ODNI standards
ability to use research databases and quantifiable matrices
