As a Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst you use your specialized functional, technical, and military experience to coordinate, monitor, and assess CI activities in support of your client. This is a chance to leverage your expertise, support client CI efforts, and share your methodologies with others. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Experience with Counterintelligence (CI) or Human Intelligence (HUMINT)
  • Experience with conducting, developing, producing, and presenting programs of instruction in specified collection operation tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) related to or supporting CI and HUMINT operations under DoD authorities
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience working in a professional environment, Associate's degree and 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment, Bachelor's degree and 8+ years experience working in a professional environment, or Master's degree and 6+ years experience working in a professional environment

  • Assess the foreign intelligence, international terrorist, and technological collection threats directed against DOE personnel, resources, S&T, facilities and programs
  • Produce CI products for circulation within DOE, and for external dissemination throughout the USIC
  • Develops liaison contacts within the USIC to further research and analytical objectives and goals of the Program
  • Works with the Program Director to contribute to the integration of field and headquarters analysis
  • Makes oral presentations, which convey ideas, facts, conclusions, estimates, and projections to a variety of DOE and USIC personnel
  • Prepares a variety of written communications and documents, including but not limited to reports, national security studies, and policy recommendations at the direction of the CI management
