Job Description:

Forklift Counterbalance Driver - Night Shifts (WS13) at Fradley Park, Lichfield. Temp to Perm. Start times between 5pm-8pm. Are you an experienced Counterbalance Driver looking for stable night work and a long‑term opportunity? We're recruiting for a busy, high‑performing warehouse operation based at Fradley Park. This role offers consistent hours, great pay, and the chance to secure a permanent position with a respected logistics business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading trailers with accuracy
  • Handling 150-200 pallets per shift in a fast-paced environment
  • Working closely with the warehouse team to hit deadlines
  • Carrying out basic equipment checks and following all H&S procedures

Requirements:

  • A valid, in-date Counterbalance Licence
  • Experience in a busy warehouse or pallet network environment
  • Confidence working with high pallet volumes
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
  • Flexibility with evening start times (5pm-8pm)
