Counterbalance driver

• Safely and accurately load and unload customer products
• Verify and confirm all incoming and outgoing loads
• Communicate discrepancies and report potential service issues promptly
• Complete all relevant documentation, picking, and packing tasks
• Operate manual handling equipment as trained
• Follow company health & safety policies to ensure a safe working environment
• Report any damage to property or equipment and escalate appropriately
• Undertake any additional duties as directed by the line manager

• Valid and in-date B1 Counterbalance FLT licence
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Good level of English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Strong teamwork, numeracy, and basic IT skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions in a busy environment
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Flexible with shift patterns and working hours

Experience using 3.5 tonne double pallet handlers
