Job Description:

A great opportunity has arisen in our West Gosford Trade Centre Mitre10 business for a full-time (Monday-Friday), experienced Customer Service / Trade Desk Sales person. This position is store based working within our Trade team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Being safe as safety is part of our everyday culture
  • Deliver excellent customer service through counter sales, quotes, delivery orders etc.
  • Goods inwards procedures
  • Stock replenishment, Adhering to store retail standards
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Designing and selling of kitchens (full training will be provided)

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service focus
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate and utilise computer systems and technology
  • Ability to multi task in a dynamic fast paced trade business
  • Previous experience in a similar Counter sales / Trade Sales position
  • Ability to work closely in a diverse team

Nice to have:

An understanding of the Timber & Hardware market with previous experience
