Job Description:

A great opportunity has arisen in our Maitland (Rutherford) Trade Centre Mitre10 business for a full-time, experienced Customer Service / Trade Desk Sales person. This position is store based working within our Trade team. This role will also incorporate kitchen design and sales as well as ordering and merchandising of hardware.

Job Responsibility:

Being safe as safety is part of our everyday culture
Deliver excellent customer service through counter sales, quotes, delivery orders etc.
Goods inwards procedures
Stock replenishment, Adhering to store retail standards
Picking and packing orders
Designing and selling of kitchens (full training will be provided)

Requirements:

Previous sales experience using P.O.S
Experience with cash handling
Ability to build strong relationships with customers within the residential building industry
Passion for outstanding customer service
Strong customer service focus
Ability to clearly communicate to customers via phone and email
Ability to multi task in a dynamic fast paced trade business
Previous experience in a similar Counter sales / Trade Sales position
Ability to work closely in a diverse team

Nice to have:

An understanding of the Timber & Hardware market with previous experience
