Job Description:

This exciting new opportunity as a Counter Salesperson is with a well-established company located in the east end Ottawa. As the Counter Salesperson you put customer needs and experience first, while handling orders, walk-ins, and supporting the rest of the team!

Job Responsibility:

Handle incoming calls and walk-in inquiries
Provide an excellent customer experience
Maintain showroom, including stocking shelves
Handle merchandise and inventory
Assist the rest of the team when needed

Requirements:

1-3 years customer service experience in an industrial environment
Electrical wholesale industry experience a great asset
Strong willingness to learn
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well with a team

Nice to have:

Electrical wholesale industry experience

What we offer:

Pay rate from 45K-50K (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday, no weekends
Hours from 6:30-3pm or 7-3:30pm
