Job Responsibility

Work with QC Supply retail customers, both in-store and over the phone, to understand their needs
Recommend to customers the best parts and equipment available
Educate new customers on new products and special promotions
Properly operate office equipment, handle payment transactions, and efficiently utilize computer operating systems
Assist with inventory management, including shelving products and performing cycle counts
Maintain inventory levels
Work with the warehouse and ensure all materials are properly accounted for
Keep parts counter and showroom neat and clean
Demonstrate willingness to perform any daily task as assigned
