Job Responsibility

  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support
  • Pick, pack and ship orders
  • Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time
  • Greet and assist customers
  • Work with QC Supply retail customers both in-store and over the phone to understand their needs
  • Recommend best parts and equipment to customers
  • Educate customers on new products and special promotions
  • Promote QC Supply products
  • Properly operate office equipment
  • Handle payment transactions
  • Efficiently utilize computer operating systems
  • Assist with inventory management including shelving products and performing cycle counts
  • Maintain inventory levels to assure adequate quantities on hand
  • Work with warehouse to ensure materials leaving or entering are properly accounted for
  • Keep parts counter and showroom neat and clean
  • Perform any daily task as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to read and understand English
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced customer driven environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Responds promptly to customer needs
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week with occasional overtime
