Job Responsibility:
Provide excellent customer service and sales support
Pick, pack and ship orders
Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time
Greet and assist customers
Work with QC Supply retail customers both in-store and over the phone to understand their needs
Recommend best parts and equipment to customers
Educate customers on new products and special promotions
Promote QC Supply products
Properly operate office equipment
Handle payment transactions
Efficiently utilize computer operating systems
Assist with inventory management including shelving products and performing cycle counts
Maintain inventory levels to assure adequate quantities on hand
Work with warehouse to ensure materials leaving or entering are properly accounted for
Keep parts counter and showroom neat and clean
Perform any daily task as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to read and understand English
Ability to function in a fast-paced customer driven environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred
Familiar with Microsoft Office products
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Responds promptly to customer needs
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week with occasional overtime
Nice to have:
