From supporting walk-in customers in our showroom, while also flexing to pick, pack and ship, making sure orders are accurate and delivered on time, you'll be an essential part of our team.
Job Responsibility:
Work with QC Supply retail customers, both in-store and over the phone, to understand their needs
Recommend to customers the best parts and equipment available
Educate new customers on new products and special promotions as well as promote QC Supply products
Properly operate office equipment, handle payment transactions, and efficiently utilize computer operating systems
Assist with inventory management, including shelving products and performing cycle counts
Maintain the inventory levels to assure adequate quantities on hand of all stock
Work with the warehouse and ensure that all materials leaving or entering the warehouse are properly accounted for
Always keep parts counter and showroom neat and clean
Demonstrate a willingness to perform any daily task as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to read and understand English
Ability to function in a fast-paced customer driven environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Strong computer, organizational and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Sales and customer service skills
Knowledge in the agriculture industry
Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Responds promptly to customer needs
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Familiar with Microsoft Office products
