Job Responsibility

  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support
  • Ensure that everything is in its rightful place and ready for shipment
  • Support walk-in customers in our showroom
  • Pick, pack and ship
  • Make sure orders are accurate and delivered on time
  • Greet and assist customers
  • Engage customers both in-store and over the phone
  • Recommend to customers the best parts and equipment
  • Educate new customers on new products and special promotions
  • Properly operate office equipment
  • Handle payment transactions
  • Efficiently utilize computer operating systems
  • Assist with inventory management, including shelving products and performing cycle counts
  • Maintain inventory levels
  • Work with the warehouse and ensure that all materials are properly accounted for
  • Always keep parts counter and showroom neat and clean
  • Demonstrate a willingness to perform any daily task as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to read and understand English
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced customer driven environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Knowledge in the agriculture industry, as well as parts and equipment used
  • Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Responds promptly to customer needs
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products
  • Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
