Job Responsibility
Provide excellent customer service and sales support
Ensure that everything is in its rightful place and ready for shipment
Support walk-in customers in our showroom
Pick, pack and ship
Make sure orders are accurate and delivered on time
Greet and assist customers
Engage customers both in-store and over the phone
Recommend to customers the best parts and equipment
Educate new customers on new products and special promotions
Properly operate office equipment
Handle payment transactions
Efficiently utilize computer operating systems
Assist with inventory management, including shelving products and performing cycle counts
Maintain inventory levels
Work with the warehouse and ensure that all materials are properly accounted for
Always keep parts counter and showroom neat and clean
Demonstrate a willingness to perform any daily task as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to read and understand English
Ability to function in a fast-paced customer driven environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Knowledge in the agriculture industry, as well as parts and equipment used
Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Responds promptly to customer needs
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Familiar with Microsoft Office products
