The Counter Lead is responsible for supporting their Brand in for supporting the Brand in driving sales turnover and market share through consistently remaining consumer focused.

Maximising sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standards
Contributing to efficiencies through adhering to store/Brand/Company Procedures and guidelines
Understanding daily/weekly targets
Ensuring personal awareness of all additional sales avenues i.e. eventing, Omni and digital channels
Keeping up to date with competitor activities and missed opportunities
Effectively using social media to drive the business and protect/enhance the Brand image
Delivering the Brand Strategy and an effective local plan
Planning and implementing local marketing & events initiatives
Delivering excellence in execution of service
Being an Ambassador for the Brand
Ensuring all refunds and complaints are managed in line with Company guidelines
Using digital tools to ensure knowledge is kept up to date
Delivering a consumer recruitment and retention strategy
Developing up to date knowledge of product
Planning to ensure the delivery of excellent standards at all times
Reviewing retail standards on a daily basis
Ensuring deliveries, stock movements and associated administration are completed within agreed Company timeframes
Ensuring that all auditable processes and administration are actioned to Company guidelines
Ensuring all information requests are fulfilled accurately
Minimising stock loss by ensuring all Company Security Policies and Procedures are implemented
Creating and maintaining a safe working environment
Managing daily replenishment
Maximising sales performance by utilising all commercial reports
Planning and delivering the visual merchandising layout
Identifying stock package issues
Effectively managing all promotions and discounts
Identifying trends and making suggestions to enhance product performance
Requirements:
Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer facing environment
Ability to drive self-development
Commercial understanding and awareness of industry
Effective communication, organisation and prioritisation skills
