Job Description

A Count Team Member to be responsible for accurately collecting, counting, verifying, and recording all currency, coin, vouchers, and other monetary instruments from the casino’s gaming and non-gaming areas.

Job Responsibility

  • Collect and transport drop boxes, bill validators, and other monetary containers from gaming machines and tables to the count room following established security procedures
  • Accurately count, sort, and verify all currency, coin, tickets, and documentation using approved counting equipment
  • Record and reconcile count results to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal control policies
  • Complete all required reports, paperwork, and system entries in a timely and precise manner
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and secure all assets handled
  • Adhere to all gaming regulations, company policies, and departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure count room environment
  • Assist in investigating and resolving count discrepancies
  • Participate in regular audits and inventory checks as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Cashdesk Supervisor or management

Requirements

  • Aged 18 or above
  • Right to work in the UK

  • Flexible scheduling for nights, evenings, weekends, and 24/7 shifts
  • Ability to spend a large portion of shift on feet working directly with the public
