A Count Team Member to be responsible for accurately collecting, counting, verifying, and recording all currency, coin, vouchers, and other monetary instruments from the casino’s gaming and non-gaming areas.
Job Responsibility:
Collect and transport drop boxes, bill validators, and other monetary containers from gaming machines and tables to the count room following established security procedures
Accurately count, sort, and verify all currency, coin, tickets, and documentation using approved counting equipment
Record and reconcile count results to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal control policies
Complete all required reports, paperwork, and system entries in a timely and precise manner
Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and secure all assets handled
Adhere to all gaming regulations, company policies, and departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure count room environment
Assist in investigating and resolving count discrepancies
Participate in regular audits and inventory checks as required
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Cashdesk Supervisor or management
Requirements:
Aged 18 or above
Right to work in the UK
High level of integrity
Attention to detail
Adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
Flexible scheduling for nights, evenings, weekends, and 24/7 shifts
Ability to spend a large portion of shift on feet working directly with the public
