Appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong background in counselling
Teaching qualification or the commitment to undertake one during the first term of contract
History of teaching within a vocational (or similar) context to a high standard
Personal/group tutoring experience
Experience of teaching a variety of counselling courses from level 2 to 6
Ability to communicate with students and to motivate and support them in their studies
