8+ years of experience, with a focus on commercial transactions in payments, banking, or financial services
In-house experience at a Fintech or financial services company
Prior experience working with payment networks, issuers, acquirers, or payment facilitators

Job Responsibility

Draft, review, and negotiate key commercial contracts and terms with vendors, event operators, and technology partners

Coordinate with external legal advisors as needed
Provide general commercial legal advice on contracts, partnerships, and operational issues
Participate in knowledge management, including creating templates and legal guides
