Strong background and experience working with children ages (3-12 years old)
Earned master’s degree from an accredited graduate program in the field of psychology, counseling, or social work
Individually licensed in Texas with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (TBHEC) with an active license in good standing
At least ONE (1) year of professional experience working as a paid licensed/pre-licensed therapist in the counseling field

Job Responsibility

For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client hours per week

Collaboration with clinic leadership team to implement strategies for clinical efficiency to improve patient care and quality of services

Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients, clinicians, or external stakeholders
Monitor and manage individual in-office schedules and office supplies
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings, trainings, and related clinic events

Review and approve client tax bills for payment.
