Job Description:

As a Costing & Inventory Accountant, you will play a key role in shaping how inventory is managed across our manufacturing sites and warehouses. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in complex accounting, solve challenges quickly, and collaborate with diverse teams to make a real impact on the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of inventory accounting activities, preparing journals with clear documentation that drives accuracy and trust
  • Lead reconciliations in Blackline, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly
  • Partner with local finance teams, providing timely responses and building strong relationships
  • Be a trusted resource during audits, showcasing the strength of our processes
  • Contribute to regional and global reporting, including Balance Sheet and P&L analysis, giving visibility to leadership
  • Play a central role in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and local regulations
  • Support projects at local, regional, and global levels, expanding your exposure and influence
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient and effective

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting or audit, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Solid knowledge of US GAAP and a strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with a flexible, collaborative, and proactive approach
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Confidence with reporting tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or part‑qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required, and flexibility to support critical periods such as month‑end
