Job Responsibility
Take ownership of inventory accounting activities, preparing journals with clear documentation that drives accuracy and trust
Lead reconciliations in Blackline, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly
Partner with local finance teams, providing timely responses and building strong relationships
Be a trusted resource during audits, showcasing the strength of our processes
Contribute to regional and global reporting, including Balance Sheet and P&L analysis, giving visibility to leadership
Play a central role in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and local regulations
Support projects at local, regional, and global levels, expanding your exposure and influence
Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient and effective
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting or audit, ideally in a multinational environment
Solid knowledge of US GAAP and a strong analytical mindset
Excellent communication skills with a flexible, collaborative, and proactive approach
Fluency in written and spoken English
Confidence with reporting tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA
Willingness to travel internationally when required, and flexibility to support critical periods such as month-end

Experience with JDE, Blackline, Alteryx, or W-Desk
