As part of the GA team, you’ll go beyond operations to truly understand the mechanics of the business—how costs behave, how strategy takes shape, and how data drives decision-making. In this dynamic and international environment, you’ll collaborate across markets and dive deep into cost structures. You will be responsible for the accurate accounting of the company’s inventory including calculation and analysis of its direct production costs. You would be able to work in a very friendly environment, side by side with colleagues responsible for different countries in the Coca-Cola Hellenic Group, sharing knowledge and gaining excellent experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver accurate, complete, and timely costing and accounting data for the assigned entities during period-end closings
  • Maintain and analyze standard costs for manufactured goods and raw materials
  • Calculate actual prices of finished goods and raw materials each month in SAP
  • Conduct monthly price and usage variance analysis to highlight key cost drivers
  • Prepare and analyze transfer prices for intra-group transactions
  • Deliver monthly inventory reports and perform balance sheet reconciliations in line with internal control standards
  • Guarantee accurate bookkeeping by calculating and posting accruals and provisions on time
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in accounting, preferably in fast-paced multinational environments
  • A degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Strong understanding of weighted average inventory valuation and its real-world application in cost accounting and financial reporting
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written skills
  • Confident working with ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in ever-changing environments
  • Strong collaborator who communicates clearly with colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Delivers timely, value-driven solutions to internal stakeholders with a focus on partnership and quality
