In this role, you’ll go beyond routine operations to understand how production costs behave, how financial insights shape business decisions, and how data supports strategy across markets. Working in a dynamic and international environment, you will collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries and gain deep insight into costing processes, inventory accounting, and financial analysis. As a Costing and Controlling Accountant, you will be responsible for the accurate accounting of the company’s inventory, including the calculation and analysis of direct production costs. You will work closely with colleagues supporting different countries within the Coca-Cola Hellenic Group, sharing knowledge and gaining valuable international experience.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver accurate, complete, and timely costing and accounting data for assigned entities during period-end closings
Maintain and analyze standard costs for manufactured goods and raw materials
Calculate monthly actual costs of finished goods and raw materials in SAP
Perform price and usage variance analyses to identify key cost drivers
Prepare and analyze transfer prices for intra-group transactions
Prepare monthly inventory reports and perform balance sheet reconciliations in line with internal control standards
Ensure accurate bookkeeping through timely calculation and posting of accruals and provisions
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance costing and controlling processes
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational environment
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Knowledge of cost accounting and inventory valuation methods (e.g., weighted average)
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Team-oriented approach and strong communication skills
