Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
1–5 years of experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in costing, inventory accounting, or inventory management (accounting side)
Exposure to global accounting processes is an added advantage
SAP experience preferred
Exposure to automation tools such as Power BI or RPA is an added advantage
Flexibility to work in international time zones (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, North America)
CMA-qualified candidates are most preferred
Freshers with strong internship exposure and communication skills can also be considered
Semi-qualified or Non-qualified (M.Com/B.Com) candidates can be considered if they possess 3–4 years of relevant experience in costing within a manufacturing setup
Nice to have:
Exposure to global accounting processes
SAP experience
Exposure to automation tools such as Power BI or RPA
