Job Description:

The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting Stakeholders in achieving service excellence and positive outcomes for our clients; showing high levels of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers or cost and value; capturing and sharing knowledge and driving innovation in service. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technical leadership and support to Stakeholders and Directors in the delivery of real estate developments
  • carry day-to-day delivery responsibility and demonstrate the ability to lead the team for successful project delivery
  • Assist in the coaching and development of subordinate team members in the delivery of service excellence
  • Lead and oversee all cost management aspects of real estate development projects, including Cost Plan preparation, cost estimation, BOQ preparation and Tender Stage support
  • Aligning and planning the work in accordance with the approved project programme and reporting on progress as required
  • Establishing effective methods to learn from experience and to mitigate future risks
  • Utilize and embed JLL best practice tools and processes including the use of technology to support delivery
  • Be able to interpret a brief from a client or stakeholder and convert into a delivery plan
  • Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of medium / large sized projects for Cost Management assignments
  • Understand and comply with business risk and project delivery parameters including compliance in respect scopes of service agreed by others
  • Capture and share knowledge and be involved with the development of service improvement and innovation as part of the JLL way
  • Take a leadership role as part of personal development planning
  • Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field
  • RICS chartership or equivalent professional membership would be preferred
  • More than 12 years’ experience leading Cost Management activities in multiple global geographies
  • Experience in handling projects based in APAC and Middle East region would be preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working in a global organization with multicultural teams
  • Proficiency with industry software including CostX, Revit, Navisworks and BIM coordination tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
