Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Inventory expert to join our team in Waterloo, Iowa. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the migration of inventory tracking processes into Brightree, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy
  • Analyze, validate, and clean existing inventory data for effective system implementation
  • Develop and enforce robust inventory control procedures to maintain data integrity
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and address issues promptly to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align accounting and inventory workflows
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency within Brightree
  • Ensure Brightree is fully utilized for inventory management by the end of the project timeline
  • Provide guidance and expertise during system transitions to drive successful outcomes
  • Monitor and report on inventory metrics to support organizational goals

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in inventory accounting and control processes
  • Proven track record in managing inventory system implementations or data migration projects
  • Familiarity with Brightree is highly preferred, with the ability to learn quickly if not experienced
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including handling and analyzing large datasets
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required
  • Background in process improvement initiatives or system transitions is beneficial
