Job Description:

In this role, you will drive the inventory management system ensuring that variance data analysis is received timely and accurately, prepare monthly journal entries, assist with the budgeting process, ensure compliance with internal controls, analyze inventory costs, maintain accurate inventory records, prepare financial reports, translate ERP data, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and monitor inventory levels to ensure stock levels are maintained.

Job Responsibility:

Create annual standard cost updates
Inventory Analysis
Monthly Journal Entries
Perform physical inventory analysis
Generating financial reports and statements
Monthly Reconciliations
Manage product cost and margin forecast
Production Data Analysis
Implementing process improvements where needed
Ensure compliancy with internal policies and procedures

Requirements:

3+ years accounting/inventory experience in manufacturing industry
Strong technology skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced in Excel
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Nice to have:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
