Job Description:

Join a fast-paced and innovative organization at the forefront of the mining sector. We’re seeking a Cost Controller to take ownership of financial management and cost control across large-scale operations.

Job Responsibility:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for active projects and operations
Track CapEx and OpEx, ensuring adherence to budgets and strong cost discipline
Partner with project and finance teams to manage cash flow, performance metrics, and risk assessments
Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership
Ensure compliance with financial standards, audits, and corporate governance policies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
5 years of finance experience in mining, energy, or manufacturing
Proven background in cost control, variance analysis, and project reporting
Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must hold a valid driver’s license
