Requirements

5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager in building services
Strong understanding of MEP systems, procurement, and cost control
Ideally, previous experience working for or closely with a main or MEP contractor
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in Bluebeam advantageous.

Job Responsibility

Negotiating provisional sums and managing subcontractor costs
Reviewing scopes, challenging costs, and preparing detailed cost reports
Overseeing valuations, cost stage management, and change control
Leading on contractor engagement and ensuring value is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
