Job Responsibility

  • Monitor the ongoing project from a technical and financial perspective, ensuring cost/revenue compliance
  • Review project documentation: specifications, technical reports, and drawings
  • Verify the correlation between executed quantities on site and subcontractors’ work statements
  • Prepare measurement sheets/attachments and work progress statements in accordance with legal requirements
  • Review subcontractors’ work progress statements involved in the project
  • Prepare the settlement dossier and ensure its proper presentation and support to the client
  • Develop technical and financial offers for project-related works
  • Report on matters specific to the performed activity
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure the accurate preparation of all documentation required for settlement and payment processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cost settlement or tendering for construction works
  • Solid knowledge of cost estimating software
  • Strong skills in using technical software (AutoCAD, advanced Excel, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of relevant construction legislation
  • Ability to represent the company in relations with clients
  • Ability to build professional relationships and work effectively within the project team
