Job Description:

A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Cost Consultant to join their thriving Leeds office. The role involves high-profile projects in various sectors, along with opportunities for mentorship and career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering tailored pre- and post-contract cost consultancy solutions
Working with high-profile clients across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
Managing multiple projects independently
Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver complex schemes
Supporting and mentoring junior staff

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
Strong background in both pre- and post-contract cost management
Experience delivering projects in the residential, commercial, or industrial sectors
Previous experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Interest in mentoring and developing junior colleagues
