Job Responsibility

  • Lead quotations together with quote leaders (Account Manager / PLM) as a business partner and as financial guard
  • Ensure the effective, accurate and timely provision of business cases / project CF analyses that support internal decision making and external competitiveness
  • Work closely with other functions (Sales / Manufacturing plants / Engineering / SCM, etc.) on business case assumptions and inputs. Improving the data flow between stakeholders
  • Supervise and validate EU region quotes and CF calculations for specific product family and ensure their financial integrity
  • Make sure that the corporate defined Flow 3 (quotation) process is applied and propose all necessary improvements
  • Support production plants for Appropriation Requests development for product related projects
  • Support financial analyses at each milestone of a project (gate reviews, change requests)
  • Participate in cost benchmark / activities between plants, regions, ad-hoc analyses to Management
  • Reinforce and motivate team assigned for specific product family related activities

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance / Industrial Engineering is a plus
  • Experience in manufacturing plant or automotive industry
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience within Finance (commercial finance, project management, cost calculation, controlling) or industrial engineering
  • Excel, SAP, BI tool knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fluent English
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and diplomatic skills
  • Interest in technical environment, automotive components and solutions
  • Ability to work with tight timelines
  • Ability to adapt to demanding and dynamic environment
