Job Responsibility
Provides initial planning documents, program, and schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to Program/Product Directors and Integrated Product Teams
Provides support during review of contractor proposal submittals, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs and general review of the contractor's Work Breakdown Structure
Prepares Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) in accordance with Army and DOW cost estimating policies
Develops and refines cost estimate by analyzing historical data and applying quantitative models, techniques, tools, and databases to predict future program costs
Conducts data collection to develop parametric cost estimates
Requirements
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required
Hold an active Secret clearance or have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience supporting DOD acquisition programs or a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience supporting DOW acquisition programs
Demonstrated experience using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) to develop cost models
Experience working with the Army POM process
Knowledge of DOW Acquisition statutory and regulatory requirements and acquisition policy
Possess technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously
Possess strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to work as part of a team
