Job Description:

We will be better with you on our side. We are looking for detail-oriented, self-driven Cost Accountant to be part of our Finance & Accounts Team. You will play a key role in ensuring stellar accounting practices and independently handle your duties. You will also coordinate with colleagues within your function and India BU. This exciting opportunity is 100% based out of Mumbai, Office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Inventory Auditing & Valuation: Execute physical cycle counts, reconcile system records, and track quarantined or rejected stock to ensure accurate asset valuation
  • Cost Ledger & System Integrity: Maintain accurate cost ledgers, Bill of Materials (BOM), and post critical accrual entries before month-end closing
  • Month-End Close & Variance Analysis: Run month-end financial closes, identify production cost variances, and allocate deviations to individual product lines
  • Process Optimization & Waste Reduction: Analyze manufacturing bottlenecks to minimize material scrap, eliminate waste, and implement automated inventory controls

Requirements:

  • A professional, detail-oriented and customer focused attitude to our Team
  • Manufacturing experience of 6 ~ 7 Years
  • Understanding of Tally ERP is a Plus
  • Ability to meet Deadlines
