Cosmetology Teacher

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to state educational standards
• Conduct hands-on training and practical exercises in various aspects of cosmetology
• Assess student performance and provide actionable feedback to guide their growth
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and support
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and integrate relevant techniques into the curriculum

• Must hold a valid State Teaching License in Cosmetology
• Proven experience within the cosmetology industry is preferred
• Previous teaching experience, especially during evening classes, is a significant plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teaching
• A genuine passion for educating and mentoring students in the field of beauty
• Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students
