About Us: Tricoci University of Beauty Culture is a recognized leader in beauty education, having received the prestigious School of the Year award in 2022 and 2023 from the American Association of Cosmetology Schools. Our mission is to provide exceptional training and mentorship to aspiring beauty professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your Role: As an Evening Cosmetology Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to educate and inspire students in the field of cosmetology during evening hours. Your passion for beauty and teaching will help shape the skills and confidence of future professionals, while accommodating those who wish to pursue their education after work or other daytime commitments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to state educational standards
  • Conduct hands-on training and practical exercises in various aspects of cosmetology
  • Assess student performance and provide actionable feedback to guide their growth
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and support
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and integrate relevant techniques into the curriculum

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid State Teaching License in Cosmetology
  • Proven experience within the cosmetology industry is preferred
  • Previous teaching experience, especially during evening classes, is a significant plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teaching
  • A genuine passion for educating and mentoring students in the field of beauty
  • Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students
