Position Available: Evening Cosmetology Instructor at Tricoci University. About Tricoci University: Tricoci University of Beauty Culture is a recognized leader in beauty education, dedicated to empowering aspiring cosmetology professionals through exceptional training and support. Our innovative programs equip students with the skills they need to excel in the dynamic beauty industry. Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate Evening Cosmetology Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will teach dedicated students during evening hours, guiding them through the fundamentals and advanced techniques of cosmetology. Your influence will help shape the future careers of these individuals as they embark on a journey in the beauty field.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on practical sessions in various cosmetology disciplines, including hair, skincare, and makeup
  • Provide personalized guidance and constructive feedback to students to enhance their technical skills
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration
  • Stay updated on new trends and modern practices within the cosmetology industry
  • Contribute to curriculum development and improvement initiatives with fellow faculty members
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in all classroom and practical settings

Requirements:

  • Active Cosmetology Instructor License in the state of Illinois
  • Proven experience in the cosmetology field is necessary
  • Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about educating and inspiring students in their cosmetology careers
  • Availability to teach evening classes, Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST
