Job Description:

At Vertu Cosmetic Repair we are looking to recruit a Cosmetic Repair Technical Supervisor, to cover our dealerships in the South. This is a fantastic position which has been created due to the growth we have experienced within this business. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who is looking to progress their career within the Cosmetic Repair environment and has the ability to work to and achieve targets and objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing and leading a regional team of Smart Repair Technicians
  • Ensuring team adheres to all Smart Repair processes and delivers a high standard of workmanship
  • Carrying out regular site visits, repair audits and quality checks
  • Supporting Booking Coordinators with effective utilisation, diary management, and associated resources of Smart Repair Technicians
  • Liaising regularly about the team and any regional matters
  • Regularly travelling across the region

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Nice to have:

Previous experience of leading and coaching a team, particularly within cosmetic repair
