Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Team Lead to oversee data quality, integrity, and compliance across our Corrigo cloud-based facilities management platform and Work Order Management System. The successful candidate will lead a team of data analysts and governance specialists to ensure accurate, consistent, and secure data management practices that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data governance specialists and data analysts
  • Conduct performance reviews, set strategic goals, and provide ongoing professional development
  • Manage team workload distribution and ensure timely delivery of data governance initiatives
  • Foster a culture of data quality excellence and continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute comprehensive data governance frameworks for the Corrigo platform
  • Establish data quality standards, policies, and procedures across all system modules
  • Oversee data validation processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Lead data stewardship initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor data integrity across work order management systems and facility databases
  • Implement automated data quality monitoring tools and reporting dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational data policies
  • Lead data audit processes and remediation efforts
  • Partner with IT teams to optimize data architecture and system integrations
  • Collaborate with operations teams to understand data requirements and business processes
  • Work with training teams to ensure proper data entry and management procedures
  • Coordinate with external clients on data governance best practices
  • Develop key performance indicators for data quality and governance metrics
  • Present data governance status reports to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for data management processes
  • Lead data migration and system upgrade projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of data governance or data management experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience with facilities management systems and work order management platforms
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality methodologies, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with data analysis tools, SQL, and database management systems
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data concepts to various stakeholders
  • Project management experience with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Nice to have:

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and data integration tools
  • Knowledge of facilities management industry standards and regulations
