Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Corrigo System Administrator to manage and support our Corrigo CMMS platform. The role involves backend configuration, troubleshooting, asset management, user support, and handling system/data requests to ensure efficient and reliable operation across facilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage backend configurations including workflows, forms, service categories, user roles, and notifications
  • Resolve system issues related to routing, work order failures, or configuration inconsistencies
  • Implement new features and enhancements based on operational needs and system capabilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Corrigo-related support and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, facilities, vendors) to understand and fulfill business needs
  • Train and support users on Corrigo usage, best practices, and process improvements
  • Manage a high volume of assets, including creation, classification, and lifecycle updates
  • Ensure proper asset tagging, hierarchy setup, and integration with preventive maintenance schedules
  • Support bulk uploads and audits of asset and property data
  • Handle data requests and generate operational reports related to work orders, SLAs, and asset performance
  • Maintain user access and security profiles in line with governance policies
  • Ensure data integrity across users, properties, vendors, and asset records
  • Act on solution-type requests such as customizing workflows, SLA logic, and asset tracking improvements
  • Provide recommendations to improve CMMS adoption and operational efficiency
  • Work with stakeholders to refine and document system use cases and standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience administering Corrigo CMMS or similar facilities management systems
  • Solid understanding of asset management, maintenance workflows, and facilities operations
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage backend configurations
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Proficient in Excel and data handling (CSV imports, basic analytics)

Nice to have

  • Experience working in asset-intensive industries (real estate, manufacturing, retail operations)
  • Familiarity with Corrigo integrations (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, ERP systems)
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL or service management best practices
